I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got back to me. My issue was fixed without much back and forth, which was kind of awesome

"Started okay, but I had to raise a complaint"
At first, I thought this would be fine because the smell was okay and it seemed gentle enough. But after using it a few times, my face started feeling really dry and a bit itchy. I stopped using it because it clearly didn’t agree with my skin. I ended up escalating it as a complaint because I wasn’t expecting that kind of reaction. It might work for other people, but it definitely wasn’t right for me

"Box arrived crushed"
The packaging showed up really smashed, like it had been knocked around quite a bit in shipping, if that makes sense.

"The site was really simple to use..."
The site was really simple to use, and I found what I needed without much searching. Checkout went smoothly too, which I always appreciate. The only thing is I wish a few product details were a little easier to spot, but overall it was a really good experience.

"Arrived faster than I expected"
My order showed up in about 4 days, which was quicker than I was expecting. I liked that the tracking actually updated along the way, so I could see when it left the facility and when it was out for delivery. The packaging looked good too and everything arrived in perfect shape. It did take about a day before it actually shipped out, so I’m giving it 4 stars, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Kind of didn’t do much for me"
It smells nice, I guess, but I didn’t really notice much of a difference after using it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was just kind of okay

Maybe I went in at a bad time, or maybe I was just being picky that day, but the selection felt limited. I couldn’t really find much that caught my eye.

I tried to cancel my subscription , but the whole process was way more confusing than it needed to be . I thought I had handled it , then I ended up getting charged again , which was really frustrating

"Smells decent, but I’m not sure it’s worth it for me"
I picked up Huron mostly because I was curious about the scent, and it was kind of hit or miss. It starts off smelling clean, which I liked, but in the shower it felt a little too strong for my taste. Then after a while it faded in a way I didn’t love. It’s not a bad product, but for the price, I’d want to like it a lot more before buying it again. 3 stars seems about right

"Decent, but a little too pricey"
The products are okay overall. Nothing was really bad or disappointing, but for the price, I expected a bit more. I’ve used similar stuff before that felt like a better deal, so this came across as kind of overpriced to me. Shipping was totally fine, but the value for the money just isn’t quite there in my opinion.

"Looks decent so far, but I’m still comparing"
So far, the brand seems legit, kind of on par with a few others I’ve tried. I don’t have any major complaints yet, but I also haven’t used them long enough to say I fully trust them. I’m going to give it a bit more time before deciding if they’re actually better than the other options out there

"Not really impressed, and who’s even behind this brand?"
I bought the shampoo and body wash hoping they’d be a little cleaner and nicer for the price, but the ingredient list didn’t sit well with me. There were a bunch of things I usually try to avoid, and my skin felt dry after using it. Also, I found it weirdly hard to figure out who actually owns or runs the brand, which didn’t make me feel any better about it. Overall, I expected more.
